How long will it take to get my order at my doorstep?
Please allow upto 7-10 Business Days (unless otherwise specified) for designing, customizing and manufacturing of your custom products though it could be faster as we strive to complete all orders as soon as we can. Please note that during Holiday Season, we see a much greater volume of orders causing the lead time to sometimes increase to upto 3 weeks. If we see there may be some delay, we will notify you via email. PersonalThrows.com assures you we will do everything we can to make your shopping experience with us a pleasant one.
Also add another 3-5 days for the shipping of your product. All regular shipping orders are shipped via UPS/FEDEX Ground. Exact delivery time will vary depending on the shipping destination.
What if I need my Order sooner?
No problem. We do offer expedited ground shipping option which will cause your order to be processed sooner than other orders recieved that day. This will cause your order to ship sooner and reach you sooner. Please note that when you choose the expedited ground shipping your order is still shipped via UPS / FEDEX ground but is ready for shipping sooner.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We ship internationally via UPS, FedEx or DHL based on your location. You can always choose expedited processing option to get your order processed sooner than others in the lineup.
Can you ship to a PO Box Address in USA?
No, as all our orders in USA are shipped via UPS or FEDEX, we require a valid UPS address to deliver to. UPS / FEDEX doesnot deliver to PO Boxs. Every residence in USA has a UPS address. Please call 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877) or 1-800-GO-FEDEX for more details.
What is your Return Policy?
PersonalThrows.com stands completely behind our products and guarantee that our gifts are 100% free of
defects in material and workmanship. Please note that all
Personalthrows.com products are custom made specially for you, so
please carefully review your selection before placing the order, No
substitutions, changes or cancellations are available once the order
has been placed.
All our products go through extensive quality check, but if the throw
still had a defect in material and craftsmanship we will offer you to
reweave the throw and ship it back to you at no cost. But if you would
have a refund, we can do that. Customer Satisfaction is very important
for us.
Personalthrows.com does have a 15 day return policy, from date of delivery; on any product that contains manufacturing defects. This does not encompass effects of a poor quality of photo submitted. Unfortunately, due to our products being custom made, returns due to poor quality images sumitted will not be accepted. Please follow our recommendations on picture requirements to get the best results. Lighter back grounds and having main subject in the fore ground make better quality throws. Please refer to our Help Section for more details on which pictures work better before you place your order.
Please Note:
* No refund will be given if the original contents are not present and the merchandise will be shipped back to us.
* For all returns the customer must contact PersonalThrows at contact@PersonalThrows.com to receive an RMA number. We can not process returns without an RMA number.
* The customers must contact PersonalThrows for an RMA number before the 15 days from date of delivery.
* Merchandise must be received by PersonalThrows within 10 days after customer receipt of RMA number.
* The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price for any defective merchandise that is returned back with proper RMA #. Initial shipping charges are not refunded on any returned merchandise.
